- Private autopsy
- Navigate and advocate for the family with the Coroner or Medical Examiner
- Review medical records or autopsy reports to help the family understand medical terminology and sequence of events.
- Answer jurisdictional questions including if an autopsy should be done.
- Review medical records and render a cause of death
- Perform forensic autopsies, including toxicology
- Perform external examinations and render a cause of death
- Attend death scenes if needed
- Talk to families regarding the cause of death if complicated medical sequence of events
- Expert witness services to include review of medical records, autopsy reports, photographs of scenes and injuries, and witness statements. A written report may be requested and will be completed in a timely manner
- Review of medical records to help navigate cases and understand terminology
- Provide written reports and testimony as needed
- Perform medico-legal autopsies including toxicology and histology
- Remove organs and can process for toxic litigation, including asbestos cases
